1. Right to cancel and time limit
You may cancel the package you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days of the agreement date, before the performance of the service has begun. Send your cancellation request by e-mail to info@doctorsinturkey.com.
Giving your order number and the date of purchase in your request helps it to be settled quickly.
2. Refund process
For an approved refund, the payment is returned to your original payment method within 3–10 working days. Your bank's or card issuer's own processing times are not included in this period.
Once the refund is approved, you are notified by e-mail. The amount may appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement before it reaches your account.
3. Partial refund
If part of the package service has been performed, the refund is calculated on the amount left after the price of the completed service is deducted. The share of the service completed is notified to you in writing.
4. Exceptions
A refund request may not be accepted if:
- the service has been performed in full with the Buyer's written consent;
- the 14-day withdrawal period has ended and the service has started;
- the cancellation request goes against this policy or lacks the information needed.
