This form shows the seller, the service, the price, the payment and the right of withdrawal before you buy the Doctor Package. The rights and obligations of the parties are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

What the package includes:
- Your profile is published on the site once our team approves it
- You appear in the doctor list, in search and on specialty and city pages
- Requests sent from your profile are listed in your doctor panel
- A profile in Turkish and English
- Your photo, procedures, languages and the contact details you share on your profile
- One year of membership
3. Price and payment
Total price: ₺10,000.00 / year
You pay by credit or debit card, in a single payment, on the secure payment page of the payment institution PayTR. Your card details are not stored on this site. The payment is confirmed by the payment institution's notification.
4. Performance of the service
Once your payment is confirmed you create your doctor account; your profile is published after our team has reviewed it. The start and performance of the service are set out in article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement.
5. Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period, how to withdraw and when the right is lost are set out in article 5 of the Distance Sales Agreement and in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Complaints and disputes
You can send us a complaint through the seller details above, or at info@doctorsinturkey.com. Dispute resolution is set out in article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement.
7. Acceptance
Before the payment step you confirm that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The date of your acceptance is kept with your order, together with the seller details shown at that moment.
