1. Seller

2. Buyer
This agreement covers the user who registers during the purchase and completes the payment step (the Buyer). The Buyer's name, surname, e-mail address and contact details are taken from the registration and payment form.
3. Subject of the agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the Doctor Package the Buyer purchases through the website, within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Doctor Package is a doctor profile membership on the site in the Buyer's name: the profile is published once the Seller's team has checked and approved the Buyer's documents; a published profile appears in the doctor listing, in search and on the relevant specialty and city pages; patient requests sent from the profile are listed in the Buyer's doctor panel. The package's content, term and price are set out in the Pre-Information Form shown before payment. The Seller does not provide medical services and is not a party to the relationship between the Buyer and their patients.
4. Payment and performance
The price of the service is the amount shown when ordering. Payment is taken only by credit or debit card, on the secure payment page of the payment institution PayTR; card details are not stored on this site. The payment is confirmed by the payment institution's notification.
Once the payment is confirmed, the Buyer creates the doctor account with the e-mail address given in the order and fills in the profile in the doctor panel; performance of the service begins when the account is created. The profile goes live when the Seller's team has checked and approved the Buyer's documents. No physical product is delivered.
5. Right of withdrawal
Before the performance of the service has begun, the Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of its date, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within that period. If, with the Buyer's consent, performance of the service begins before the withdrawal period ends, the Buyer loses the right of withdrawal.

6. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement may first be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees. For disputes above the statutory limit, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies to this agreement.
